The Independence Center project was a historic gut rehab of a
manufacturing facility in the City of Saint Louis.
This 44,000 sq ft facility is the new home for Independence
Center's offices, Club House, re-sell shop, and other client
based services. This project features restored historic
features of the building while replacing all building services and systems.

Project Description:
Clayco is design-building a 222,573-square-foot office/warehouse structure for Villa Lighting.
Located on a 10.4-acre site in south St. Louis, the new structure will serve as the headquarters
for the commercial lighting company. The “high-cube” warehouse will feature 32-foot clear-height ceilings,
24 dock doors, two drive-in doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2008.
