Project Description:
This is a 45,000 square foot senior housing project.
This three story wood bearing structure with brick veneer
features 52 one bedroom units and a large community room.
A major challenge with this project was the need for storm
water detention on a city site that had limited surface area.
The answer was to design and develop an underground
detention beneath the rear parking area.

Project Description:
This approximate 46,000 square foot low income housing project
consisted of select gut rehab of 150 (1) bedroom units.
The project also had select rehab of the common areas.
The exterior load bearing masonry had to be completely resealed.
The existing roofing material was removed and
replaced with a single ply membrane roofing.
